What kind of leather do you use?
We use full-grain and vegetable-tanned cowhide. It keeps the natural surface of the hide, so it is strong, ages well and develops a patina over time.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Very close, but not identical. Leather is a natural material, so grain, markings and shade vary slightly from piece to piece. That is part of what makes each item unique.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive 3 to 6 business days later. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. See our Shipping and Returns page for details.
Can I add initials to my order?
Yes, on items marked as personalizable, such as the Monogram Leather Keyring. Add up to three initials in the order notes at checkout. Personalized items are final sale.
How do I care for leather?
Wipe it with a soft dry cloth, keep it away from long exposure to water and direct heat, and apply a small amount of leather conditioner every few months. If it gets wet, let it air dry naturally.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. We make keychains and small goods for teams, events and gifts. Contact us with the quantity and timing you need and we will send a quote.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send instructions.
